# Durability

Durability mode for the graph execution.

- `'sync'`: Changes are persisted synchronously before the next step starts.
- `'async'`: Changes are persisted asynchronously while the next step executes.
- `'exit'`: Changes are persisted only when the graph exits.

## Signature

Durability = Literal['sync', 'async', 'exit']
```
