Always "tool_approval"; tells clients how to read this interrupt.

tool_call_id: str

ID of the model's tool call this approval is about.

Tool name, as the model requested it.

args: dict[str, Any]

Tool arguments, as the model requested them.

description: str

Text shown to the reviewer.

Interrupt value raised once per gated tool call in per_call mode.

Takes the place of HITLRequest. Answer it with a single Decision, keyed by the interrupt's ID, not a HITLResponse. The interrupt's response_schema lists the decisions allowed for the tool and, for edits, the tool's argument schema.
