StreamRespondAllOptions

Options for StreamController.respondAll / framework respondAll().

Carries run-level config / metadata onto the single run that services the batched resume — the same fields as StreamRespondOptions, minus the per-interrupt target (each response in the map carries its own interruptId as the key).
