Create a LangSmith workspace secret reference for a proxy configuration.

## Signature

```python
workspace_secret(
    name: str,
) -> SandboxProxySecret
```

## Parameters

| Name | Type | Required | Description |
|------|------|----------|-------------|
| `name` | `str` | Yes | Workspace secret name, with or without surrounding braces. |

## Returns

`SandboxProxySecret`
