add_texts

Embed texts and add to the vector store.

add_texts(

  texts: Iterable[str],
  metadatas: Optional[List[dict]] = None,
  **kwargs: Any = {}
) -> List[str]

Parameters

Name	Type	Description
`texts`*	`Iterable[str]`	Iterable of strings to add to the vectorstore.
`metadatas`	`Optional[List[dict]]`	Default:`None` Optional list of metadatas associated with the texts.
