Builds an LLMonitor UserContextManager

## Signature

```python
identify(
    user_id: str,
    user_props: Any = None,
) -> UserContextManager
```

## Parameters

| `- `user_id`` | `unknown` | Yes | The user id. |
| `- `user_props`` | `unknown` | Yes | The user properties. |

## Returns

`UserContextManager`

A context manager that sets the user context.
