The resource root is extracted automatically and /anthropic is
appended. Mutually exclusive with endpoint.
When omitted, falls back to the AZURE_AI_PROJECT_ENDPOINT environment
variable (or FOUNDRY_PROJECT_ENDPOINT as a secondary alias).
