A bullet-separated chain of session metrics.
Segments are supplied pre-styled and in priority order. When the chain is wider than the bar, trailing segments are dropped one at a time (so the least important metric goes first and the surviving segments never shift position), and a lone segment that still overflows is ellipsized.
