Drop burst timing and collapsed-paste storage after a text swap.
Call after a wholesale programmatic text swap (e.g. switching an
inline editor between modes) so a stale flush timer can't fire against
the new text and placeholders from the previous buffer don't linger in
_pasted_contents.
