# auto_update_plugins

Stage updated versions of enabled remote marketplace plugins.

Unversioned plugins are skipped so the running session's shared cache is not
replaced.

## Signature

```python
auto_update_plugins() -> tuple[str, ...]
```

## Returns

`tuple[str, ...]`

Plugin ids whose installed cache path changed.
