# is_recent_startup_mode_restorable

Return whether an app-managed recent mode may be restored.

Auto restoration requires the current versioned education notice. Manual
remains safe to restore without one. No caller prompts: `False` means the
caller falls back to `manual`.

## Signature

is_recent_startup_mode_restorable(
    mode: str,
) -> bool
```

## Parameters

## Returns

`bool`

Whether startup may restore the mode.
