Validate an objective and its generated criteria as one application.

## Signature

validate_goal_application(

    criteria: str,

```

## Parameters

| `objective` | `str` | Yes | Goal objective that will be activated. |
| `criteria` | `str` | Yes | Acceptance criteria that will be activated with the goal. |
