Return the workspace/editable/drift/mismatch SDK version annotation.

## Signature

```python
format_sdk_version_annotation(
    report: VersionReport,
) -> str
```

## Parameters

| `report` | `VersionReport` | Yes | The collected version report. |

## Returns

`str`

A trailing ` (...)` suffix identifying sibling workspace HEAD or a
general editable install, preserving raw source/metadata facts when
useful, and flagging an actionable requirement mismatch. Empty when
none applies.
