Extras whose every package is already a required base dependency.
Selecting them changes nothing and deselecting them removes nothing, so removal refuses them rather than rebuilding the tool environment to no effect.
Drift-protected by test_extras_info.TestBaseDependencyExtras, which recomputes
the set from [project.dependencies] in pyproject.toml.
