Return whether extension execution is trusted for a project.

## Signature

```python
is_project_extensions_trusted(
    project_root: Path | str,
    *,
    store_path: Path | None = None,
) -> bool
```

## Parameters

| Name | Type | Required | Description |
|------|------|----------|-------------|
| `project_root` | `Path \| str` | Yes | Project root to inspect. |
| `store_path` | `Path \| None` | No | Alternate extension trust store. (default: `None`) |

## Returns

`bool`

Whether the canonical project root has a persisted grant.
