Dispatch `dcode uninstall <name>`.

## Signature

```python
run_uninstall_command(
    args: argparse.Namespace,
) -> int
```

## Parameters

| Name | Type | Required | Description |
|------|------|----------|-------------|
| `args` | `argparse.Namespace` | Yes | Parsed CLI namespace; `uninstall_target` names the extra. |

## Returns

`int`

Process exit code. `2` when no extra was named.
