Build trusted classifier metadata for a client-created user message.

## Signature

```

## Parameters

| Name | Type | Required | Description |
|------|------|----------|-------------|
| `literal_user_text` | `str` | Yes | Text entered in the chat input before file expansion. |
| `referenced_paths` | `Sequence[str \| Path]` | Yes | Paths resolved from `@` references, without contents. |
| `turn_id` | `str \| None` | Yes | Stable identifier for the user turn. |

## Returns

`PromptMetadata`

JSON-serializable metadata for `HumanMessage.additional_kwargs`.
