None means "resolve from DEEPAGENTS_CODE_RECURSION_LIMIT /
[runtime].recursion_limit / the default at agent-build time"
(resolve_recursion_limit). An explicit value from --recursion-limit wins
over those layers. Must be a positive integer when set.
