READ_PROJECT_DOTENV

Toggle loading the project .env (the one found walking up from cwd).

Enabled by default, preserving the historical behavior of applying the nearest project .env to the process environment (override=False, shell exports win). Set to a falsy value (0, false, no, off) — or [startup] read_project_dotenv = false in config.toml — to skip the project file entirely, as defense-in-depth against a cloned repo whose .env carries hostile values the dotenv denylist does not yet enumerate. The global ~/.deepagents/.env is unaffected. This is user-controlled process env, not a repo file, so a project .env cannot disable itself.
