EventStreamScanner

EventStreamScanner incrementally decodes the AWS event stream returned by Amazon Bedrock InvokeModelWithResponseStream. Each chunk event carries one provider-native JSON event, which is passed to onChunk. Exception messages are passed as {"type":"error","error":{"type":...,"message":...}}, matching the error event of an Anthropic Messages stream. Not safe for concurrent use.
